Our aim is to ensure that damaged glass does not stop you achieving these aims.

Our Guarantee commits us to fitting your glass at the time that it is booked to be carried out, or you get it Free of Charge.

This guarantee is available to all clients of the Glas Weld group of companies.

Terms & Conditions.

• The Local Windscreen Replacement SLS Agreement must have been signed.
• The Guarantee activates after the first 3 glass fitting jobs have been carried out by LWR.
• The LWR payment terms of 30 days must have been adhered to.
• The job is under guarantee when it has been asked for and confirmed at time of booking.
• The booking is dependant upon the glass being available.
• A guarantee code will be given to you by the call centre at the time of booking.
• The time of the job is plus or minus 5 hours.
• Severe weather conditions & severe traffic conditions can increase the time window to 24 hours.
